A CANBERRA Liberals government is promising to conduct a local infrastructure blitz across the Belconnen district.
If elected next month, the party says it will upgrade local playgrounds and footpaths, install new public toilets at Macquarie, Weetangera, Florey,
They’ll also build a new dog park in west Belconnen, and will build a new indoor multipurpose sports centre in the west, too.
“The Canberra Liberals will commit $60,000 for a feasibility study to get the infrastructure project off the ground. The Canberra Liberals will also upgrade the Florey and McKellar Ovals,” says a Canberra Liberals spokesperson.
