Man assaulted in shopping centre car park

A MAN has been attacked and assaulted at Hawker shops.

Police believe a male offender punched and tackled the victim at the shopping centre’s car park at around 6.10pm on Sunday (September 6).

Responding to cries for help, passers-by assisted the victim after the assault.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or came to the aid of the victim is urged to call 1800 333000 or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
