Man caught putting camera in university bathroom

A MAN has been charged after he allegedly put a camera in a unisex bathroom cubicle at a Canberra university yesterday (June 30). 

Police were alerted to the camera after a student discovered it. They examined the CCTV footage and then arrested the man, a 22-year-old from Acton.

The man was charged with an invasion of privacy by capturing visual data.
