Missing woman found dead

A GRIFFITH woman, believed to be the woman reported missing by ACT police yesterday (February 26), has been found dead.

Missing Shelja Dua

At this stage police say there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding 37-year-old’s death.

The news comes a day after police reported Shelja Dua, also known as Shelly, as missing. Police and her family were concerned of her welfare after they had not seen or heard from her since about 10pm on Tuesday night.

A report will be prepared for the coroner.
