HERE’S a glimpse of social distancing at the Canberra Outlet centre in Fyshwick late this morning.
The “CityNews” staff member who took it says: “It was absolutely crazy; cars queued back up the lights to get in.
“Inside, I counted only two shops doing the people counting and lining intending customers up. The others were just a free-for-all.
“People were crammed in the lift going up, there was no concept of physical distancing.”
Who can be trusted?
In a world of spin and confusion, there’s never been a more important time to support independent journalism in Canberra.
If you trust our work online and want to enforce the power of independent voices, I invite you to make a small contribution.
Every dollar of support is invested back into our journalism to help keep citynews.com.au strong and free.
Thank you,
