Teen in hospital after bikes crash in Lyneham

A FOURTEEN-year-old cyclist was taken to hospital after colliding with another cyclist yesterday (February 18).

Police are now seeking any witnesses who saw the two cyclists collide at about 8.40am on the bike path in parkland adjacent to Wattle Street.

They would also like to speak to the second rider about the incident, and the person who assisted the injured rider shortly after the incident.

Anyone who has not already spoken to police is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website using reference number 6499276.
