There’s smoke again, but no ACT fire

THERE’S that smell again. The visible smoke that has returned to Canberra is from bushfires burning in NSW, not the ACT.

The ESA says the ACT Rural Fire Service firefighters are patrolling the Beard Fire still. The fire is under control and is rated at “advice” level.

Information on this fire is at esa.act.gov.au; NSW fire in formation can be found at the  NSW Fires Near Me app and for information on reducing the impact of smoke, visit health.act.gov.au
