Award-winning real estate agent Sandy Morris… “My clients trust that I will get as much as I can from the sale of their property and make sure it is a smooth process for them.”

ACT’s “most recommended” real estate agent Sandy Morris, of One Agency, says that trust is her number one guiding principle when it comes to looking after her clients.

“My business has always been run on making sure owners are looked after. Building their trust is so important, so they know that my advice is from my heart,” she says.

Sandy has recently received the Most Recommended Real Estate Agent Award by ratemyagent.com.au as voted by her clients. She’s also been voted the “most recommended” female real estate agent and in the top five agents in the ACT for three years running.

Sandy, who has more than 15 years’ experience in real estate, started out working for the larger agencies before making the decision to join the One Agency network in 2014 as the principal of her own agency, One Agency Sandy Morris.

She admits that when she first started out on her own she was concerned if anyone would trust her, but word-of-mouth grew after she proved how well she looks after her clients and her great results.

“The business has grown exponentially, with eight of us now in the agency, dealing with property management and house sales,” she says. Sandy calls her One Agency team her “work family” who are based at the Kambah Village.

“My clients trust that I will get as much as I can from the sale of their property and make sure it is a smooth process for them, so they can move on.”

And now is a great time to get your house on the market, with prices remaining strong and buyer confidence back after a short break during COVID-19 restrictions,
says Sandy.

“As far as buyer interest goes, it is back to normal. I am optimistic that the ACT remains a strong market,” says Sandy who says she now modifies how her open homes are run to ensure social distancing.

She encourages owners to feel confident at this time to put their home on the market, despite media stories that focus on “doom and gloom”.

“On the ground, there is no difference in buyer interest and prices haven’t dropped,” she says.

Sandy says that winning the “most recommended” real estate agent award makes her feel proud to know that the feedback from owners has been so positive and that above all… they trust her.
