A THIRD person has been arrested following a shooting at a Spence residence last month.
The man, a 22-year-old, was arrested at about 5.20pm yesterday (March 31) and charged with one count of aggravated burglary.
His arrest comes after another man, a 22-year-old, faced the ACT Magistrates Court on two counts of discharging a firearm that endangered life and one charge of intentionally inflicting grievous bodily harm.
A woman, a 36-year-old, also faced the court on one count of perverting the course of justice and concealing evidence.
The arrests were brought about after a man presented at Calvary Hospital with serious gunshot wounds in the early hours of March 11. A search warrant executed later that day located several items of evidence including shell casings.
