Two covid cases confirmed in Karabar

TWO cases of COVID-19 have been detected in Karabar bringing Queanbeyan’s total active case numbers to 10.

Yesterday (September 14) “CityNews” reported that four cases had been identified in the Southern NSW Local Health District (SNSWLHD).

A SNSWLHD spokesperson has since confirmed that amongst the four cases detected in the district up to 8pm on September 13, two are from Karabar, one was in Yass and the other in Batemans Bay.

Both of the Karabar cases are close contacts of an existing case and there are currently no venues of concern.

Both are currently isolating at home.
