ACT covid numbers remain stable

THERE are 75 people in hospitals around Canberra today (May 16) with COVID-19. Five are in the intensive care unit and one requires ventilation.

The ACT has recorded 887 new cases of the virus, only two more than yesterday, through 374 PCR tests and 513 RATs.

Vaccination numbers remain the same, at 75.8 per cent of Canberrans aged 16+ having received three doses of a vaccine, and 97.1 per cent of Canberrans aged five and older with two doses.

There are 6444 active cases across the ACT.
