HOMEOWNERS have just over a week to make sure they are across changes to bin collection days across Canberra.
Seventeen suburbs – Aranda, Charnwood, Chisholm, Curtin, Dickson, Downer, Evatt, Forde, Gilmore, Greenway, Hughes, Isabella Plains, Lyons, Oxley, Phillip, Scullin and Taylor – will be affected by the bin day changes taking effect from June 13.
Some bin collections will be moved to different days, while some recycling and green waste collection weeks are swapping.
An additional recycling collection day has been allocated on June 11, to help with the transition.
