ACT Health reported a record 84 people in hospital with COVID-19 today (May 20), with four in the intensive care unit and two needing ventilation.
It comes as Canberra records 963 new cases through 552 PCR tests and 411 RATs.
There are 6008 active cases across the ACT, and there have been 123,655 total cases since the start of the pandemic.
On the vaccination front, 97.2 per cent of people aged five and older have received two doses of a covid vaccine, and 76.2 per cent of people aged 16+ have received three doses.
