The Weston Park miniature railway at Yarralumla Play Station has been closed by Worksafe ACT.
In a public safety alert, Worksafe says they have issued a prohibition notice under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 following a recent identification of “non-compliance relating to the amusement device”.
The miniature railway is prohibited from operating or directing workers to use the miniature train until issues of non-compliance are rectified to the satisfaction of WorkSafe ACT.
