Welcome to the new-look citynews.com.au, a website designed to meet the fast news needs of readers in Canberra and Queanbeyan, and lift the local bar on modern website design and functionality.
There remains no paywall to readers. Feedback is always welcome, but forgiveness would be appreciated while we settle into the technical challenges and get used to driving a much bigger, better bus. However, I can confirm that the crossword and sudoku puzzles are working perfectly!
There are lots of people to thank, but mostly Coordinate for their design and technical skills, GoHosting for getting us up and on to the internet. With 11 years of news and photos, the upload hasn’t been easy for anyone, but a personal thank you to Steve Walsh, of Nerdvana, for the support and professionalism in getting us to this point.
