THIS year’s Terribly British Day, “one of the oldest car displays in Canberra”, will feature 25 Jaguar sports vehicles on Sunday.

According to Terribly British Day chairman Paul Sutton, TBD will celebrate its 41st year, making it one of the oldest car displays in Canberra.

The Jaguar XK was manufactured and marketed by Jaguar Cars from 1996 to 2014, producing a range of two-door and two-seater models.

Many of the late ’40s to early ’60s vehicles will be travelling interstate to form the spotlight display in the Treasury Car Park on December 4.

Sutton says the event attracts British cars from Sydney, Melbourne, the South Coast, Goulburn, Yass, Cooma, Cootamundra, Young, the Southern Highlands and Forbes.

The display is open to the public from 10am to 3pm. Funds raised at the gate will go to Tuggeranong Men’s Shed.
