POLICE officers from the ACT Drug Team have seized about 200 packages of synthetic cannabis, worth an estimated $12,000.
The various forms of the substance may or may not be illegal, as the manufacturers are able to subtly alter the active ingredients to avoid a nationwide ban put in place last May.
The substances seized have been sent to the ACT Government Analytical Laboratory for testing.
According to police, the seizure resulted from a tip-off received last week.
