THE northern end of Eastern Valley Way, Emu Bank, Belconnen is closed due to a gas leak.
Fire & Rescue and police are on the scene and the surrounding areas have been evacuated as a precaution while the leak is investigated.
The northern end of Eastern Valley Way will be closed for some time and the community is asked to avoid the area.
