Police want help with car smash

POLICE are seeking help as they work to establish the circumstances leading to a silver Holden Astra smashing into a tree on the Monaro Highway.

They are looking for dash-cam footage or witnesses to the collision on the southbound carriageway before Sheppard Street at about 7.40pm on Friday, May 24.

Anyone who can help should call 1800 333000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website. Information can be provided anonymously.
