THE Queanbeyan-Palerang local government area is leading the rising record numbers in daily covid case infections for southern NSW.
The Southern NSW Health District, which is no longer including a breakdown by town/suburb, today (December 31) reports there are 159 new cases in its district, of which QPRC accounts for 70, and 471 active cases.
Elsewhere, there are:
- Twelve new cases in the Bega Valley LGA
- Seven in the Eurobodalla LGA
- Ten in the Goulburn Mulwaree LGA
- Twenty seven in the Snowy Monaro LGA
- Six in the Upper Lachlan LGA
- Twenty seven in the Yass Valley LGA
