Seeing is believing… the breathalyser read out of the Belconnen driver booked on Saturday. Photo: ACT police

A Belconnen driver has recorded one of the highest breath-test readings seen in the ACT, a near fatal 0.443.

At about 2am on Saturday police saw a Toyota Corolla driving erratically. The car was pulled over and the 36-year-old driver was breath tested.

He was issued a 90-day immediate suspension notice and will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
