A 15-year-old boy, who was subject to bail conditions for previous alleged violent offences, faces court tomorrow following the alleged assault of a 58-year-old man in Woden on Wednesday evening.
Police will allege the boy and a teenage girl physically assaulted the man after a minor verbal altercation on Brewer Street at about 6pm.
The assault included the teens allegedly kicking and punching the man while he was on the ground.
Police arrested the teen on Saturday night to face charges of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and breach of bail. Efforts to locate the teenage girl involved in the incident are continuing.
