THE 2015 ACT Springtime Antique and Collectables Fair, a major fund-raiser for the Rotary Club of Canberra City, will be held in Yarralumla’s Albert Hall from 6 pm Friday August 21 to 4 pm Sunday August 23.
The fair, hosted by the Rotary Club of Canberra City, will be forwarding its proceeds to Snowy Hydro SouthCare.
“Twenty-two antique dealers from around Australia are bringing their best items to the fair,” A spokesperson said.
“It’s the perfect opportunity for collectors, and those just browsing, to buy high-quality antiques and collectables at realistic prices.
“Home-made cakes, slices and light lunches in the Supper Room are also drawcard.”
This fair will also feature Canberra-based Endangered Heritage, which specialises in saving valuable and sentimental items from extinction.
Entry: Adults: $7, Concession: $5, Children: 14-years and under are free.
Fair hours: Opening night: Friday August 21 from 6 pm to 9 pm, Saturday August 22 from 10 am to 5.00 pm, Sunday August 23 from 10 am to 4 pm.
