THE Queanbeyan-Palerang local government area has recorded a record 109 new covid cases, the Southern NSW Local Health District reported today (January 3).
Southern NSW has 230 new cases in the 24 hours to 8pm last night, however there remain only two people in hospital.
There are now 1008 active cases across the region.
Elsewhere across southern NSW there are:
- Fourteen new cases in the Snowy Monaro LGA
- Twenty three in the Bega Valley LGA
- Four in the Eurobodalla LGA
- Thirty in the Goulburn Mulwaree LGA
- Five in the Upper Lachlan LGA
- Forty five in the Yass Valley LGA
