UPDATE, May 23, 8.37am : Police report missing Jameel has been found.
A 13-year-old boy is missing, unseen since leaving for school on Friday, May 13.
Jameel Hussain, who has not been seen or heard from for more than a week, is described as being of Middle Eastern in appearance, with a slim build and about 160 cm (5’3″) tall. He has brown short hair and brown eyes. Jameel was wearing his Canberra High School uniform when he was last seen.
Jameel is known to spend time in Belconnen suburbs with friends.
Police and Jameel’s family hold concerns for his welfare and are requesting the public’s assistance in locating him.
Anyone who has seen Jameel is urged to call 131444.
