‘Mish mash’ of variety in new venture

THE INAUGURAL Mindscapes Mish Mash Variety Night 2013 kicks off tomorrow as part of Mental Health Week’s Mindscapes Festival.

mindBilled as “an evening of arts and entertainment by a cross section of consumers, carers, amateurs, and professionals” this; is entertainment from the  community and threatens   jugglers, jokers,  performance artists and  musos, all performing short sets.

Details of other events at the of the Annual Mindscapes Festival are below:

Mindscapes Short Film Festival, at National Film and Sound Archive, McCoy Circuit, Acton, 6pm to 9.30pm, Wednesday, October 9.

Poetry night, at Smiths Alternative, 76 Alinga St, Canberra City,  6.30-8.00pm, Thursday, October 17.

Art and Photography Competition, at Belconnen Community Centre,  26 Chandler St, Belconnen until  October 18.
