ACT Fire brigade has evacuated parts of Telstra House on Northbourne Avenue, Dickson after smoke was detected on the fourth floor.
The fire brigade are currently investigating the source of the smoke. Police are advising motorists to avoid Northbourne Avenue and Antill Street.
There is currently only one lane open city bound on Northbourne Avenue.
