Wild Weston: vandals run amok

WESTON was targeted by vandals on the weekend after police reported multiple counts of property damage. 

Police say the incidents occurred between 11.30pm on Saturday and 4am on Sunday.

Damage included a burnt out wheelie bin and broken window on Buvelot Street, a smashed bird bath on Withers Street, damage and theft of letterboxes on Souter Place and property stolen from a motor vehicle on Chevalier Street.

Forensics are currently processing evidence from the scene.
