A 47-year-old Dickson man will face the ACT Magistrates Court today charged with threatening a police officer.
Police will allege that the man threatened to kill a member of ACT Policing.
The man had been observed around local ACT police stations recently, watching police movements and allegedly taking photographs and recording details.
The 47-year-old has been charged with stalking, reckless threat to kill a person and two counts of threaten to cause harm to Commonwealth official.
Police will be opposing bail.
