A MAN fled Target in the Canberra Centre after being caught masturbating in the store’s lingerie section.
A shopper saw the man in the act and walked to the front counter to contact security, followed by the alleged offender who left the store and then the Canberra Centre, heading towards Cooyong Street. The incident occurred on the early afternoon of Sunday, April 26.
