THE Canberra Centre has announced the introduction of new parking payment facilities by mid July 2015.
Centre Manager Amanda Paradiso says the installation of the new equipment will improve efficiency by providing more payment options including the ability to pay at the exit gates with credit cards in addition to being able to use a tap to pay facility at both machines and gates.
Amanda says that while the system will be easy to use there will be plenty of support to assist customers during the system launch period.
“We will have easily identifiable parking ambassadors on hand in various locations in our car parks to provide assistance and information about the features of the new system,” she said.
“In addition, our customer service team will also be available to assist with any queries.
“Installation of the new equipment will be staged with the majority of the equipment in operation by 19th July.”
