THE victim of drive-by shooting in Kambah on Sunday night is refusing to co-operate with detectives.
Police believe the incident, that occurred at 11.30pm on October 23, is outlaw motorcycle gang related.
No one was injured, but it is the fourth outlaw motorcycle gang incident in the past three months.
Detective acting superintendent Marcus Boorman said: “While these incidents are serious, they are specifically directed at outlaw motorcycle gang members. There would be no benefit for deliberately involving innocent members of the community.”
Police are urging anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the vicinity of Chirnside Circuit in Kambah, at around 11.30pm last night to contact them.
Witnesses or anyone who may have any information should call 1800 333000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website (reference 6026775). Information can be provided anonymously.
