Teen robbed of bike

A TEENAGER was robbed of the bicycle he was riding on Saturday afternoon in Isabella Plains.

At around 3.30pm, the 15-year-old was riding his bike along Ellerston Avenue when another teenager, grabbed the handle bars and told him to get off the bike.

The offender rode off on the bike along Ellerston Avenue, towards Monash.

Police said a dark grey Commodore with three occupants came to the assistance of the victim, but left the scene before police could speak to them.

The stolen bike has white handle bars, purple rims and white forks. The offender is described as a teenager with short brown hair and was wearing a brown coloured hooded jumper and grey coloured pants.

Police urge the occupants of the grey Commodore and any witnesses of the incident to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or visit www.act.crimestoppers.com.au.
