QUEANBEYAN artist and director of Form Studio and Gallery Claire Primrose has been accepted as a finalist in two different NSW art competitions.
Her work will hang in the contemporary section of the Fisher’s Ghost Art Prize, a highlight of Campbelltown’s annual Fisher’s Ghost Festival and running from October 27 to November 29.
In an even bigger piece of news for Primrose, she has learnt that she will also be a finalist in the 2012 Paddington Art Prize, a $20,000 acquisitive award for a painting inspired by the Australian landscape, to open at the Mary Place Gallery in Paddington on Wednesday, November 28.
