Homeless man arrested for liquor robbery

Police-station-0553-175x175A HOMELESS man who robbed a Conder liquor store at knifepoint last year has been arrested. 

The 26-year-old allegedly stole alcohol, cigarettes and cash from the store on on Norman Lindsay Street in September.

Police found him in Belconnen Mall on Monday, where he was charged with one count of aggravated robbery.

He will face the ACT Magistrates Court this morning.
