A YOUNG man died in hospital today after he was involved in a single car crash in Macgregor on Sunday.
The 22 year old man, from Higgins, is the first person to die on an ACT road this year.
Police say the man was a passenger in a white Mitsubishi Triton when it rolled onto its side at the intersection of Cannan Crescent and Constance Stone Street in Macgregor about 12.45am.
The man was taken to The Canberra Hospital with serious head injuries but died later.
The driver, a 22-year-old Macgregor man, was not injured.
