HERE in Canberra we are blessed with a Legislative Assembly that periodically makes a great deal of noise about dealing with abandoned shopping trolleys.

So it is with some glee that I make a weekly trudge around the Assembly building and reliably find such trolleys in clear sight from the very seat of Government.
