IF you yearn to be free of gym memberships and parking fees but lack the confidence to tangle with the two wheeled friends of the road known as bicycles there’s good news in the form of Pedal Power’s bicycle essentials courses.

Subjects will include:

  • Repairing a puncture
  • Chain cleaning
  • Reducing maintenance costs
  • Bicycle accessories
  • Tool kit essentials

All courses are held at the O’Connor Guide Hall between 9am and 1pm on Sundays.
