LURKING in the very heart of Bailey’s Corner are the mighty and meaty roast joints of Tree Eighty 3, waiting to be carved into delicious roast rolls.
For many years they went by the name of “The Yum Yum Tree” but while the people remains the same the name is now much harder to render consistently.
It’s a pleasant little space with tables and chair across the passageway from the carvery.
$9 gets you a roast roll with a wide selection of condiments. Generally I like mustard and gravy with mine.
The roasts are always done to a T, the gravy thick, and the rolls fluffy.
It makes for an excellent hot lunch on a cold winter’s day.
