Pay parking in the triangle pays early dividends as bike cages fill to overflowing

WORD reaches us that car parks of the Parliamentary Triangle which yesterday were full are now mostly empty.

But a friend in the triangle has sent in the photographic evidence of a vast surge of interest in cycling.

The much maligned policy would appear to be working rather well on day one.
