National and international media coverage of the Nick and Sarah Jensen story

nick and sara jensen

FOR the sake of perspective I’ve gone through the “CityNews” access data and identified the news organistions from around the world that linked to last week’s story about Nick and Sarah Jensen.

To appear in this list these news organisations had to link directly to our original story about the couple’s plans for divorce, and one of their readers had to click on it.

I’ve generally excluded blogs and aggregators. Having said that the story was shared particularly fiercely on Facebook.

Somewhat pleasingly there’s a real mix of perspectives in the incoming sources, from standard bearers of the religious right to a plethora of GLBTIQ activists.

This list doesn’t begin to cover the outlets which referred to the story but didn’t link directly back to “CityNews”.
