Traffic brought to a stand still around the Grammar Junior School

With no school buses today as the bus drivers take the extra special Anzac holiday just for ACT Government employees things were always going to get dicey around the private schools.

Meg sent in these pictures with this note:

Schools back!

Grey street is a car park from Empire Circuit to Hopetoun Crescent when school’s coming out. There’s no room for through traffic in Grey Street, and Ferguson & Robe streets are chockers with parked cars.

Pity the locals trying to use their own streets in what becomes a parking lot for the Grammar Junior school.
