6PM UPDATE: The fire on Coaldrake Avenue, Denman Prospect, has been extinguished. Fire & Rescue says the cause of the fire is under investigation and that local road closures will remain in place while emergency services are on scene.
FIFTEEN firefighters are battling a blaze at a two-storey home in Denman Prospect, which, they say, is engulfed in flames.
Road closures are in place on Coaldrake Avenue and the community is being asked to avoid the area.
ACT Ambulance Service and police are on scene.
