A FLYNN man is facing sexual assault charges after he filmed himself committing an indecent act and sexually assaulting his, then, partner while she was sleeping in January, 2011.
The video and photographs were discovered last month by a relative of the victim, who informed police.
Police executed three search warrants yesterday (June 17) and located additional similar images at the man’s residence. The man, a 35-year-old was arrested.
The will face charges of recklessly engaging in sexual intercourse without consent and committing an act of indecency without consent.
