DESPITE a finger wagging from Chief Minister Andrew Barr at this afternoon’s week-long covid lockdown announcement, the rush by Canberrans to the south coast was described as “crazy”.
The Chief Minister said that racing off to the south coast was a “very bad thing” that put those communities at risk and that drivers of ACT number-plated cars shouldn’t expect a warm welcome from the locals.
