A MAN is facing court on an attempted murder charge following a shooting in Casey on November 21.
Police say the 23-year-old Harrison man fired a gun several times, from a stolen car, in the direction of a man who was on foot in Casey.
Police later searched a home in O’Connor, arrested and charged the man with using a carriage service to threaten serious harm, and using a carriage service to menace.
After a further investigation, police laid an additional charge of attempted murder, discharging a firearm endangering life, driving a motor vehicle without consent and possession of a number plate calculated to deceive.
The man faces court today.
