Here’s the latest close and casual exposure sites

AS the list of COVID-19 close and casual exposure sites continue to grow and be updated, here is the latest places of concern.

Urban Fusion Massage, Harrison, from 6.15pm-8.30pm, on August 11, and Laverty Pathology Gungahlin, from 7.45am-8.30am, on August 11, has been added to the close contact list.

There’s been a few updates, too, including Condamine Court, 40-48 Forbes Street, Turner, from 12am-11.59pm, August 15-19, and Capital Chemist Kingston, 12pm-12.15pm, August 11.

Anyone that has visited these locations during these times are required to complete the ACT Contact Declaration Form, immediately quarantine, get tested for COVID-19 as advised by ACT Health, remain in quarantine even if they get a negative test result.

New casual contact exposure sites include:

  • Gerald Slaven Ford Phillip, 8.30am-9.30am, August 23, updated. 
  • Light Rail- R1 Transport Canberra Code LRV010, Ipima Street to Nullarbor Avenue, 2.41pm-3.03pm, August 21.
  • Light Rail- R1 Transport Canberra Code LRV010, Alinga Street to Ipima Street, 4.38pm-4.48pm, August 21.
  • Light Rail- R1 Transport Canberra Code LRV011, Nullarbor Avenue to Alinga Street, 3.35pm-3.54pm, August 21.
  • Mawson Halal Market, 3.30pm-4.30pm, August 21.
  • Kingsley’s Chicken Weston, 6.15pm-7.30pm, August 20, updated. 
  • Laundry Facility, Unilodge @ANU- Kinloch Lodge, 8.30am-11.30am, August 16.
  • Crust Pizza Braddon, 5.30pm-5.45pm, August 13, updated. 
  • McDonalds Mitchell (near EPIC), 6.40pm-7pm, August 13, updated. 
  • Woolworths Weston Creek, 6.20pm-7pm, August 13, updated. 
  • Light Rail – R1 Transport Canberra Code LRV011, Gungahlin to Dickson Interchange, 8.10am-8.26am, August 10, 8.05am-8.22am, August 11, and 8.10am-8.27am, August 12, updated. 
  • Australia Post Woden, 11am-12pm, August 11, updated.
  • Westpac Woden, Phillip, 11am-12pm, August 11, updated. 

People who have been to casual contact exposure locations during the times listed are expected to, complete the ACT Contact Declaration Form, immediately quarantine and get tested for COVID-19 as advised by ACT Health.

If a person was at the casual contact location less than four days ago, ACT Health says they will need two tests – one test as soon as they find out they are a casual contact and another test on day five after they were at the casual contact location.

People at the casual contact location four or more days ago only need to get one test.
