No new close contact exposure sites identified

FOR the first time since the outbreak began, ACT Health has recorded no new close contact exposure sites of concern and only two new casual contact exposure sites.

Anyone who visited Woolworths Tuggeranong, Corner Anketell and Reed Street, Greenway, between 11.15am and 12.45pm on August 20, and Coles Tuggeranong, Pitman Street, Greenway, between 10.10am-11.10am, on Monday, August 23, are required to immediately self-isolate.

People who have been to these casual contact exposure locations during the times are also expected to complete the ACT Contact Declaration Form and get tested for COVID-19 as advised by ACT Health.

If a person was at the casual contact location less than four days ago, ACT Health says they will need two tests – one test as soon as they find out they are a casual contact and another test on day five after they were at the casual contact location.

People at the casual contact location four or more days ago only need to get one test.
