A 24-year-old man has been charged after he allegedly sexually assaulted his former partner on two occasions.
Police allege the man had non-consensual intercourse with the woman while she was intoxicated, once in 2024 and again in 2025.
The incidents were reported to police and on Wednesday officers from the Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Team arrested the man at his Macgregor home.
He has been charged with two counts of reckless sexual intercourse without consent.
