Early morning arson attacks in Tuggernong

RICHARDSON, Calwell and Isabella Plains were the targets of  multiple incidents of arson early this morning. 

Police-afp-cops-0021-175x175Police report that between 2.30am and 5am they and the ACT Fire and Rescue attended up to 10 separate locations across the southside after reports of trees and bushes being alight. Property including cars, buckets and tarpaulins were also targeted.

A tree was lit outside Richardson shops and random property was set alight on Prichard Circuit and Leaky Place in Richardson; Downard Street, Outtrim Avenue and Costello Circuit in Calwell and Hadleigh Circuit in Isabella Plains.

Police are looking for witnesses. Anyone who may have information that could assist police call 1800 333000, or via act.crimestoppers.com.au. Information can be provided anonymously.
